2024-07-16	Gl*****	This app is absolute pants. The amount of trouble myself and colleagues have with this app on a daily basis is beyond a joke. Contstantly having to report to our employer why we can't tag when arriving for client appointments and being given suggestions to try and remedy the issues is now very frustrating and boring. Yes the clock is set to the right format. Yes I have an Android. Yes I have the latest operating system and security updates. Yes I use Google. The issue is the App

2024-03-23	Da*****	Worst app I've ever used very slow can kick you out then keeps saying errors until you restart your phone all over it saying the time doesn't match up with the time on your phone the syncing on it is terrible delays can take minutes yes my works phone is not the best but even when you run on a Samsung s23 or even a Google 7 Pro you get the same issues. Also lately you have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to login

2024-03-22	Ne*****	Still having problems with it logging me out constantly. Also telling me that I've been logged out because the time on my device is wrong. My time is set to automatic, how can it all of a sudden be wrong? Tends to happen a lot in the evening, then won't let me log back in. I only use the app because I'm forced to by my employer.

2024-02-13	Yi*****	Despite its valuable intention and purpose, the app fails to function seamlessly on Android phones, particularly on my Infinix device. Logging in is a struggle, and even when accomplished, the app tends to log out abruptly. This morning, attempting to log in for my shift proved futile as the app wouldn't open. Even after updating, the issue persisted. Hence, I'm assigning a two-star rating to the app.

2024-01-22	be*****	As a care worker i find The App to be really poor. It chooses when it does and does not want to work. More often than not our staff have issues logging in to the actual app and it does seem to have a mind of its own when logging at times. There is alot of issues that need ironing out to make this a worth while app. I also do business admin for my company which requires me to update the logs on CM to ensure they meet the rota, the work I have to do has tripled since this app has been introduced.
