Hi, App doesn't have any option to mark a profile as "not interested ' to avoid the same profile popping up again. Profiles which we have watched wrongly marked as "Accepted". Matching profiles suggested by the app, while clicking on individual profiles, not taking to the details screen. Will have to exit the app and re enter to see it. Un necessary confusing titles like , pending,accepted, declined,replied . It must be a single mail box with a filter option. Slow responding app.

The search feature does not yield relevant results. Despite inputting specific preferences, the matches provided are far from what I am looking for. Many of the profiles displayed are inactive. After making the payment, the quality of profiles shown has not improved. It seems the app is designed in a way that customers are unable to find suitable matches easily. This forces them to renew their membership, creating the perception that the platform prioritizes revenue over customer satisfaction.
