Security is at the core of EyeVantage. Your account is protected by your Medicare prescriber number and a personal password, with all credentials stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. Sensitive data is never stored in plain text. For even faster access, EyeVantage supports Face ID and fingerprint login — letting you authenticate in under a second without compromising security.
Two-Factor Verification
For added peace of mind, EyeVantage supports SMS-based two-factor authentication. When logging in or resetting your password, a one-time verification code is sent directly to your registered Australian mobile number. Codes expire within 5 minutes and are single-use only, ensuring your account remains protected even if your password is ever compromised.

EyeVantage is purpose-built for the Australian healthcare system. The app integrates with your existing clinical workflow and is designed to meet Australian privacy and healthcare regulatory standards, including compliance with the Privacy Act 1988. All data is stored and processed on servers hosted within Australia.
