Recent reviews

First of all, this is not about the company, but the app. The app is a hell to navigate. Navigating back is near-impossible, requiring a full restart to start over and get to the place you want. The app is trying to do to much for the typical cruise audience. Of a group of 40 people at the age of 55 to 80, I had to help 38 of them get on the internet, multiple times. It should go back to the basics or create multiple apps for when you are on a cruise or you want to go on a cruise.

Die App ist wirklich mies und gefühlt einfach nur ne Webseite. Dass man jedes Mal bei Appstart mehrmals tippen muss, um zu seiner aktuell stattfindenden Reise zu kommen ist cringe. Vielleicht Zeit in gute Software zu investieren?
