2024-06-02	Ad*****	Reducing stars a the app continues to be incredibly annoying, and no care is put in to rectifying anything after several years, but they will gladly introduce new services. Previous edits show some of my concerns. Simple changes could be big improvements. Current annoyance is discarding the latest test after taking time and effort. Strap/connector isn't compatible with my phone as it squeezes the power button, which makes it useless, so I have to bodge something different myself.

2023-01-20	Sc*****	Really cool that I can test my own vision now, but twice now when I clicked "yes, save my test results" it went back to the first test screen and my results were NOT saved, making me redo the entire test again! Extremely frustrating. Please fix this bug, otherwise I'd give 5 stars easily.

2022-11-19	Ga*****	Unusable. It asks for Bluetooth permission, but the device is black and doesn't have a Bluetooth on/off button. Manually, no matter what you do, you can't get the images to line up. It also asks for permission in Chinese, so I have no idea what I'm agreeing to. The package came from a fulfillment house, even though the website said it was factory direct, so I can't even get a refund. It's a ripoff that will bend you right over and fk you up the a$$ without oil, or recourse. Don't do it.

I'd say the experience was confusing, I was unsure as to whether or not I should move the eyepiece to bring both red and green lines back into view when positions changed during the 9 position per eye test, or if that would change the outcome of the test. I may change my rating when I find out if my new glasses help or not.

2022-10-08	Ke*****	This is a great piece of hardware and software. The process worked great, my distance vision is perfect with their try-on glasses for 20 bucks. You get everything for under $100, since I don't have vision coverage, only way to fly. EyeQue is also very fast on shipping. Very very happy.

2020-12-29	Ch*****	It was easy to use once I figured out that the red and green lines were not at the start position the app said they would be. This could be explained better that it will vary based on your vision. It also took 5 tests instead of 3 for it to detect my eye numbers. But it gave accurate results and my trial pair of glasses work great!

2020-10-09	Je*****	Website states can be used by wearers of bifocal lenses. It's true, IF you already know your add numbers. Customer service told me I can have that checked at the optometrist office. True also, IF I hadn't bought the product to skip a couple of trips to the office. Having half a prescription isn't any better than having no prescription. The app works good if you are a single vision wearer.

It really takes a bit of getting used to first, but then afterwards, it seems to be rather smooth, simple, and fairly quick. The app itself is great and works well. There were no glitches or major issues. The hardest bit is when you start and have to find the bars.

2020-08-10	Ke*****	At first placing it on your screen is a little difficult. I kept pressing the screen and it would go back. Once I figured that out it went very well. I did the test mode 3 times to get the angle of views for seeing the colored lines. Focusing your uncovered eye takes some practice. I'm on my 5th full scan and it is getting much easier to use. Looking foward to getting some new glasses. Plenty of videos to help you along. Loving it so far.
