2024-10-04	Si*****	Unfortunately, they have started pushing adds to your phone. The nursery forces you to use this for your child, however it is eyparent pushing adds to you on your phone and there is no way to turn them off without blocking important messages also.

2024-09-04	Ka*****	Great app to use for my daughters nursery and nice seeing stuff she is doing and what with not being able to go into her nursery at the moment because of covid. They are still continuing with this app, and I love seeing what my son does at nursery.

2024-07-18	Mi*****	What a well driven establishment! The team are phenomenal all round. They are attentive, patient and very kind. If my son could go 7 days a week he absolutely would want to. They allow the children to explore and grow at their own pace and way. The communication is Consistent and you you have full knowledge of all activities. Well done Team!

2024-05-05	Ro*****	eyparent is a nice digital solution for tracking a child's progress through nursery. Members of my family have been engaged throughout, posting comments, likes and loves, and the app evenn accepts observations w/photos carried out by us. Another thing I like from a practical standpoint is the section which shows funding, account balance and transactions. Altogether it's been really useful with new features being added regularly. Neat.

2024-01-25	Pa*****	An absolute car crash of an app. In literally 10mins of use you can identify so many basic functionality and accessibility issues. Clearly developed by a team who don't actually use it or care about user experience. Slow, numerous navigational cul-de-sacs, you can't copy and paste text, low contrast text, attachments don't attach, multiple sections that are never used but appear anyway, messages are addressed to all your children despite only being relevant to one. Very frustrating.

2023-12-05	No*****	Absolutely rubbish app! You can't even use their website without making you download an app THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! SO frustrating as a parent just trying to see the invoices from my nursery. I get the invoice email, I click to see the invoice...the link goes to their website which tells you to download the app, whether you have it installed or not, then it takes you to the app store, then you have to open the app, and you don't even get the invoice after all that!!! It's absolutely useless.

2023-11-29	Jo*****	If they had apps in the 90s, it would look just like this. Forms that have non working buttons yet won't let you save progress as they're incomplete. Can't edit notifications so for everything I get an email too. Editing message? instead of normal text selection, weird irrelevant icons appear. Can't select message recipients. Aaand everything loads at least 5sec

2023-10-03	Lu*****	A great idea but poorly executed, UI is clunky and difficult to navigate. The worst part has to be downloading videos and photos. They seem to not go to the downloads folder, perhaps add a share feature to easily send things. Sort it out!
