2022-12-21	Li*****	Almost gave up untold because of this app. I received a ticket to untold as a gift through the app. While it does show up in my extasy app, I have no mail with tickets, it doesn't show up in my untold account and i cant checkin. I sent a dm to untold to help out. I do hope they will kill this app for next year.

2022-11-29	Lu*****	Worst app. Now the reasons: 1. I bought a ticket for untold and they charged me 3 times( first transaction at 19.00, one at 19.44 and the third one in the morning) 2. I wanted to delete the card from the app. and I cant. 3. They replied after a few hours and just said ull have your money back in 2-3 days, no explanation. What if I needed that amout today? 4. How could you take the money without my permission? I didnt get a notification for the last 2 payments.

Info-wise, not transparent at all: you cannot see who's the provider of the experiences/activities. No website/FB page, no info about that provider. Some offers are very vaguely described and misleading: only after you paid you find out that have to pay more tickets to get the activity. Strongly recommend against.
