Convenient for timekeeping and the ability to clock in and out from your personal device but sometimes the app doesn't run so smoothly and loading may take time. For instance after my 30 minute lunch break I wasn't able to clock back in because the app just kept buffering, after 45 minutes off the clock I was able to clock back in but also a pro vs cons I was able to edit my time to adjust my break to 30 minutes.
