It adds unnecessary time to the checkout process since you need to bring up your receipt then give your name and then the cashier must reenter your receipt into their system that syncs with the app. It would have been faster to just pay by card.

2024-06-18	P *****	App's so bad, the restaurant has ads for its use on the tables, but they don't really accept it because it's too complicated for their wait staff to use. I've tried to use it five times, they got it to work once. Every time I go back to the restaurant, I don't even bother with the CityCheers app anymore; it's so not worth the effort. Uninstalling now.

They are now rolling it out to restaurants across the US and just announced the launch on one of the large POS systems, Toast. The ExpressCheck function is just one of many great uses of this SUPER-APP.
