2022-09-05	An*****	I would like to rate their services and the zeal to help their customers as minus 1. They do not refund the money and keep on asking for more time. I have placed my order on July 13 for Aug 4 arrangements. After so many follow ups from my side they shared on 31 july that they won't be able to make arrangements. After their confirmation I made my other arrangements and on that day their person also reached my place which caused a lot of confusion and haven't received my refund almost two months

2022-08-04	an*****	Such a pathetic service. They have sent different balloons from what I ordered. And they even don't feel sorry for the last minute hassles. In fact they talked with so much attitude. Big disappointment. would never recommend this website for decors. The decorators did not bring scissors with them. I help them out in cutting things and all. Such a waste. My biggest problem is with the communication staff.... They don't have respect for the customer.

2022-07-25	Dh*****	I had a very bad experience with TogetherV. It's almost impossible to explain the workers and coordinators on requirement. They don't understand how to plan a simple birthday. Coordinators are too rude.

2022-04-26	Sn*****	These people insist on entire payment upfront but the service is not prompt at all. I had booked Cabana decoration. The people reached home late. They got pink net instead of white net. The pipes were so brittle and dirty too, they broke while shifting it. The rose petals they used were all wilted and dying. Infact it was not all petals, it had rose buds too without the petals. They got pink rose petals rather than red petals. So the entire setup looked green and pink.

Even balloon are to less compared to photo and he don't have extra balloons 🤣🤣 he said company give this much only Really spoil celebration decoration ideas even after giving so much for the which is not worth for 1000. Too costly don't even try ... really bad experience.

I was disgustingly surprised to find that My booking was missing, forget about promised decoration.. Broken glass on table and served coca cola instead of mocktail promised. In sweetest form I can assure you that if you are looking for a mental agony and how to get dumped on first date, togetherV is the best pick.

2021-03-31	Ks*****	I have ordered for my wedding anniversary video, they made it with wrong name spelling and they denied to correct it. I have also shown him that I have given u right spelling but they are asking me only to crop that portion. Also, they have to work on their attitude, they are focussing on just finishing their work but not for customer satisfaction. I suggest, you guys please make some system for improving ur work to the customer satisfaction.

Guys don't use this app as they don't have the ability to give the service my order is stuck from 2 years and this fraud people are neither ready to complete the order nor they are ready to do the refund. Friends don't use this app for giving the order they will spoil your special moment.

They still didn't refunded me they don't have any customer care and whenever we call them the number never gets connected or answered...😠😠😠😠I have messaged them hundred times but they didn't even bother to respond. Or provide any resolution.. they are seriously fraud.. I have waited about 15 days yet haven't heard from them. They just say we will refund you.. but they just make us fools..all fake

2020-03-08	A *****	I cannot book as the place mentioned on list view (1 case- rohini) is different and when I see map it's different (somewhere in kurukshetra which is not Delhi NCR.!) I can't book something so expensive without knowing the exact location.
