I can not reach bank account via this app. And they are really late to send physical card. I'm not sure what they are doing with these bank accounts

When I edit my profile it says phone number is not valid although I didn't modify it and it is valid, this is an important banking application, you can't have such bugs!! Plus, the notifications don't arrive, and mark as read doesn't do anything for notifications other than keep it loading. Very bad experience.
