2026-03-08	Ke*****	after inputting my personal information including my checking account, bank and social security number along with uploading my driver's license and SSN card they had me submit my SSN card again and then emailed me saying that my birthdate or SSN has been incorrect and told me to apply again but when I tried I couldn't even start the process again but was told I was no eligible. waste of time and now they have my personal information. I can see why they R rated 3.3 stars when most rate about 4.5.

2026-02-04	se*****	Pt 1 I tired to get a loan through Kashable and was denied at the same time they ask you to switch your payroll to they're site for payment purposes I assume. Also you have to contact them because no one will reach out. Basically they get your hopes up I thought I was approved but denied. And they asked me for proof of income after I filled out the app that should be included. What I am mainly upset about the lack of communication and customer service. Maybe they will treat other people better.

2025-11-14	O *****	Having to jump through millions of hoops to try and complete the process only for support specialists to constantly tell you they're not receiving emails or the Plaid verification system isn't working made this whole process horrible. Never got the loan process even finished. 0/10, do not recommend.

2025-11-05	R *****	don't ever get a loan in this company. I paid almost $1000 in interest for less than a $3000 loan and when I was unable to pay less than $160 due to extenuating circumstances they reported me to the credit bureau. it's a greedy company

2025-10-20	Ba*****	I have been with this company for a year and a half now. And customer support has gone down hill drastically. anytime you need help with account issues they give you a copy paste response and say they will respond in 30 days. when I first started my loan I would have referred them to any one. but the way support is now I wish I didnt have a loan with them. feels like I have to stop paying just to get some real help.
