2024-12-09	Ro*****	great trip, the hotels were very good, the tour guides were fantastic, especially Christian in San Cristobal, very very good guide, highly recommended him, the biggest complaint was that we didn't get to the Amazon. We were told that the roads were blocked and that we could not get there. We paid $109. each for an excursion and instead we spend 8 hours on the bus stopping at different locations. This was not what we wanted to experience. Very disappointing.

2024-12-07	Te*****	My 1st trip with Exoticca and it was everything I expected. Great attention to detail. All I had to do was pay and show up! The tour guide Isabel and driver Sergei were wonderful and considerate. The hotels, transfers, tour stops and everything were on point. It was also nice to meet new travel mates and new friends.

2024-11-21	Ma*****	My first time to travel to Portugal and our tour guide Anton and bus driver Paolo throughout our entire trip were courteous and professional. Hotels are okay but not tourist friendly, especially if you have a disability. Free breakfast was a plus as well. Will definitely recommend Exoticca travel

2024-11-12	J *****	Tour guides were great. Machu Picchu is a must see. Transportation was great. Exoticca was there to help every step of the way. Hotels, even at the charm level, were very good. Our location in Lima was right down the street from the ocean, two blocks. We meet great people from all over and made lifelong friends. In the process of booking our next tour with Exoticca.

2024-11-08	Di*****	What an amazing trip to Lisbon with Exoticca. Our guide, Andres and our driver Ricardo, were absolutely phenomenal. You literally don't have to think while traveling with Exoticca. Everything is well planned and organized. We chose the comfort package (hotels in Europe surpass Americans. We were very pleased. I have never traveled on an organized trip before. After this trip, I will return to Exoticca. I do wish they would offer options other than just basic economy on their flights.

2024-11-06	Ti*****	My trip to Italy was excellent! Our tour guide Riccardo was beyond kind, helpful, and thoughtful of each and every guest. His knowledge of Italian history,art, and culture was impressive, and along with his Witt and pleasing personality, I could not have been more delighted. If you are going to Italy and can request a tour guide, I highly recommend Riccardo. I had some health issues there and he checked on me, made sure I did not miss out on anything. Highly recommend tour guide and trip

2024-07-28	yo*****	I am impressed with Exoticca. I've spoken to real people ( vs. bots) on the phone, who were knowledgeable and friendly. I just took my first trip with this company to Ecuador. Everything was arranged from airport pickup to tour guides. Lodging was superb. Our hotels in Quito and Guayaquil were located in upscale neighborhoods. Our Quito/ Amazon guide, Erik, is knowledgeable with the surroundings. I truly enjoyed the special surprise trips he planned along the way. Amazon trip best food!

Hotel in Capetown was like a ghetto hood roach motel in a bad part of town. Needed a guide to know where to go and not go in Capetown. Exotica could do a lot better with organizing this trip. The best part of the trip was Ryan, our host at the Safari, she was great, a real people's person. The airline was horrible, with the transfers and changing flights its to much.

2024-06-29	Le*****	We have experienced many wonderful things on our trip. I personally enjoyed Montreux, Lugano, and Interlaken and everything they had to offer. Most of the hotels we stayed at were very nice . Our tour guide, Angela, was superb. She's knowledgeable, flexible, and very fun to be with. We miss her already! ❤️

2024-06-03	Er*****	Our experience with Exoticca has been excellent. The helpful service and well-chosen travel destinations were wonderful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything! Of course, no long trip ever goes without minor problems, but when they do, Exoticca resolves them quickly and professionally. We will definitely travel with this awesome company again!
