Exordos Workspace

Exordos Workspace is a mobile client for Exordos Workspace Server.

Exordos Workspace Server is a corporate communications server developed by our team. It is based on the open-source Zulip server and extends it with additional Exordos Workspace features required for the application to function, including folders and integrated audio and video calls.

The mobile application is designed for users who already have access to an Exordos Workspace Server instance. The application is not a standalone public social network, public video conferencing service, or universal public messaging app. It provides mobile access to a workspace selected by the user or provided by the organization.

Important:
Exordos Workspace is an independent application. It is not an official Zulip application. The application is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Zulip or Kandra Labs.

Standard Zulip servers may not support all Exordos Workspace features, as the app uses Exordos Workspace Server extensions, including folders and built-in audio and video calls.

The app's core functionality includes:

Logging into Exordos Workspace Server;
Viewing work chats, threads, topics, and private messages;
Sending and receiving messages;
Organizing your workspace using folders;
Viewing user profiles and workspace information;
Starting audio and video calls from chats.
Audio and Video Calls:
Audio and video calls are only available within Exordos Workspace chats. Calls use a modified Jitsi component, adapted by the Exordos team. This component is used only for the in-app audio and video calling feature and does not provide a separate public video conferencing service.

Permissions:
Camera and microphone access is requested only when the user initiates or joins an audio or video call. The app does not use the camera or microphone in the background.

User Content:
The app displays user content from the connected Exordos Workspace Server, including messages, files, folders, private messages, and call-related data. Content is created and managed within the connected workspace.

The demo workspace provided for Google Play review contains test content only. In production use, workspace access, user management, moderation, and account administration are performed by the organization or administrators of the connected Exordos Workspace Server.

Demo Workspace Contents:
The demo workspace contains test folders, chats, threads, private messages, and sample messages prepared solely for app review. Reviewers can send test messages and initiate test calls in a dedicated demo chat.

Data Processing:
The app connects to the Exordos Workspace Server selected by the user or provided by the organization. Session and authentication data may be stored locally on the device to ensure the user remains authenticated. Messages, folders, user profile data, files, and call-related data are downloaded from a connected server. The app does not sell user data and does not contain advertising SDKs.
