Pictures will not load most of the time. Why?? Says i have new photos, but i can't view them. This app is cheaper, but I think I liked scoutek better. At least I could see my pictures

change is hard for me. I'm yet to fully appreciate this app. many things I don't understand. pics seem to upload slower. when requesting pics they say pending or complete but no pics. the camera since updating takes random pics and does not trigger. I have emailed, called and left messages. 6 days trying to contact through email and calling.
