كنت اتعامل معهم لفترة وكنت مسافرة فطلبت ايقاف الزيارات لمدة اسبوعين اتفاجأ بانهم جمدوا عقدي وكان لابد من اني انا ارجع اكلمهم عشان يرجعون عقدي وفوق هذا ما في عاملات ولا في ايام متاحة وموضفي خدمة العملاء للاسف يحتاجون تدريب عشان يعرفون يكلمون العميل
