VendAntic - Digital Wine Shops

VendAntic is designed as an eco system around the Owners of the Multiple Wine Store 's (Vend) who are managing their entire operations manually which stretches from managing employees, up-keeping inventories, Quota, Brand’s, Stock Positions, dispatches,sales,collections and many other’s along with finally following Excise regulations.

VendAntic enable users to easily manage above said stuff through simple taps and Owner will be able to manage the entire show with effective reporting tools which will indirectly lead to hassle free management of the entire operations with effective control on profits and losses.

How Stuff Works (High Level) :

★ Every Stake Holders i.e Owner, Unit In-charge and Vend In-Charge have Separate Logins.
★ Firstly Owner has to register himself with basic details of the firm.
★ Owner will add unit in-charge details and unit in-charge will be informed through SMS with login credentials to the app.
★Unit in-charge will add the details of each liquor shop (Vend) under his control and respective Vend in-charge will be informed through SMS with login credentials to the app.
★Unit in-charge will have the feature to add any liquor brand in the system and will have to fix the rate of each brand being utilized under his unit.
★Unit in-charge will have to dispatch the stock to any liquor shop (Vend) on the selected date.
★Vend in-charge will see the said stock and have to freeze the same.
★Vend in-charge will have the feature to record any breakage during transit.
★After freezing, Stock will be added to the stock available in the respective vend.
★Vend in-charge will now have to record the daily sale done in his vend on daily basis along with collection collected during the day.
★Vend in-charge will not be allowed to updated any sale or receipt or collections for the said date once daily collection is added by him.
★Once above process is completed below reports will be made available to the Owner in his login:

 My Employee Details.
 Daily Vend Reports (parcha).
 Unit-Stock Position.
 Daily Collection.
 Unit –Quota Report.
 Excise Statements.

Other Silent Features:

 Any number of Units and Any Number Vends Can be Added.
 Security Feature: Owner can decide who can view the reports.
 Security Feature: Owner can decide to login to the app with high security SMS along with Password.
 Security Feature: Owner can delete transactional data stored locally on his phone.
 Security Feature: Owner can delete transactional data from the cloud server.
