2022-10-03	Em*****	The layout is not as user friendly as by other such apps. Also the filtering is a nightmare. After a while I just gave up and bought the product through the website... It is useful for app only discounts but it's easier to get everything in the basket on the website and then change over to the app. However this only works if you are logged in with your user account on both places. The fact that the basket is transferred over both ways warranted one of the starts.

If you try reach their customer care, it takes forever to reach a person who speaks in english. Also they can only provide you information but they do not have any access to update the ticker or escalate the issue to the respective team... Being an Online shop with stupid return policies and process this is business is in decline.
