2018-07-21	A *****	Used the app and the driver never showed up. The little ar on the map started spinning in circles. I called the base and a driver was there within 1 minute. He told me that the app is awful. Don't bother if you have somewhere to get to with some urgency, like an airport! I will still use the car service. I never have problems with Excellent.
