Very basic app, contains a number of legal forms some of which are more useful than others. Leaves or some basic legal forms like lease and roommate agreement. There's no way to fill in the forms so they have to be printed and filled in by hand, very old school. App is very old, hasn't been updated in over 6 years so demoted to 1 star.
