Questa nuova versione è esteticamente molto bella ma ha alcuni aspetti che rende il suo utilizzo frustrante. All'apertura a volte rimane bloccata nello splash screen, costringendo il riavvio. La prenotazione di un taglio è un processo ripetitivo di selezione del singolo barbiere, del giorno, e dell'ora. Immagina ripetere l'operazione per 5 barbieri solo per scoprire che per quel giorno non ci sono disponibilità. Come ciliegina sulla torta, le prenotazioni a volte non vanno nemmeno a buon fine..
