User Reviews

Users value the app’s convenient access to digital and niche magazines, and some find it clear and easy to use. However, recurring update-related crashes and unreliable access or syncing can make subscriptions unavailable. Other common complaints include a poor phone reading experience, limited text options, and frustrating navigation and search. Some users say support has responded helpfully and that problems were later fixed.

Provides convenient digital access to magazines, including niche publications, without needing to carry or store print copies.
Some users find the layout clear and the app easy to use when it works.
Several users report that support responded quickly or that earlier problems were eventually fixed.

Cons

Multiple users report crashes or the app failing to open after updates, preventing access to paid magazines.
Reading on phones can be difficult: users cite page-image-only display, no flowing-text option, and poor readability.
Access and syncing are unreliable for some users, including account recognition problems, missing magazines, and editions that will not finish syncing.
Navigation and search are frustrating, with users reporting difficulty finding magazines or returning to search results.

Recent reviews

Easy to use app, which allows a clear page view of the wonderful opera articles in good colour and no blips. Once I downloaded this app, by subscription to Opera Magazine has worked smoothly for a number of years. Much easier for busy life's with lots of travel and too much to carry. Great to be able to access old copies as well.
