Having taken the app and unit to my Vauxhall dealer the agent set it up using every night of the week and it operated ok. I'm not computer literate so don't understand the logic between my actions and the agent did. Apart from that hiccup this Easy Charger is a reliable unit.

2024-12-31	Th*****	Overall, it's not great. Connection to Bluetooth and WiFi is really poor, and it loses connection every day. I have to unplug it every time for it to reconnect, or else it won't charge by itself. Got a new broadband mesh, and it won't connect to the 2.4ghz even though it's a tru band Deco system. I deleted the charger from the app to try reconnecting it, and the back QR code had warn off, so now it's redundant as I can't add it again, so I ordered a different charger. I'm really disappointed.

Unfortunately the app creates duplicate charging sessions. It randomly adds up to 7kwh onto charges. If the charger disconnects from WiFi, even when it's in the same room as an access point. Why does the price recording feature only work when WiFi is connected? The app is bad enough to make me regret going with this ecosystem.
