ITAD Partner

ITAD Partner is the official app for recycling and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) partners. Receive pickup leads, dispatch your drivers, grade collected items and get paid — all from your phone.

Whether you handle household electronics or bulk commercial pickups, ITAD Partner keeps your whole operation organised in one place.

KEY FEATURES

• Smart Dashboard
See your business at a glance: stops completed, items processed, lead acceptance rate, on-time completion, today's deliveries and open pickups.

• Lead Management
Receive new residential and commercial pickup requests, review item details and accept jobs that fit your schedule.

• Fleet & Dispatch
Assign leads to your drivers and track every route. Filter each driver's leads by type (residential or commercial), pickup status and payment status.

• Pickup Tracking
Follow every job from pending to in progress to completed, with live map views and stop details.

• Item Grading & Pricing
Grade collected devices, submit prices and handle price decisions for single items or full commercial lots.

• Secure Payments
Pay for residential items one by one, or pay for a whole commercial lead in a single secure card payment powered by Stripe. Once a lead is paid, it is clearly marked so nothing gets paid twice.

• Payment History & Financials
Track paid amounts month-to-date and year-to-date, see what is awaiting payment and what is ready to settle, and view residential and commercial payments separately.

• Real-time Notifications
Get instant alerts for new leads, status updates and payments. Mark notifications as read or swipe to clear them.

• In-app Chat
Talk directly with customers and your team without leaving the app.

• QR / Barcode Scanning
Scan device labels quickly to reduce manual entry errors.
