2024-11-01	Br*****	Wasted time as everyone else downloading this useless app. Couldn't charge the car because it kept saying the charger wasn't available. I only got the app because nothing was happening when I tried contactless. Just another waste of space on a parking area.

2024-08-01	Ne*****	The app is good and easy to use. The problems are the ev chargers itself. They take £55 off you before you start. If anything goes wrong it can take 5 working days to get that back. Many times it kicks you of charging within 5min. Call the help line and all they say is use another one... so that's another £55 taken.

2024-07-21	Jo*****	Absolutely useless charging network, downloaded the app, inputted the charge point name , took £55 and wouldn't charge, called the useless helpline who couldn't locate the charger and suggested I tried another charge point.Drove 8km to another garage, exactly the same , another £55 charge and another useless customer help advisor. Managed to limp home with 1% battery , I'll never use this useless network again. Only gave them.1 star because I couldn't give them zero.

2023-09-21	Da*****	Machine KinmelW-B wouldn't start using contactless. So I installed the app. When it lists connectors they are numbered 1, 2 & 3 but it does not display the connection type (AC, CCS, Chademo). The connectors on the machine have number stickers but these had been put on wrong (Chademo sticker was 3 but should have been 2). Despite working out which number connector to use the App couldn't start charging. So I phoned support, helpful person who tried to start charging from their end but failed.
