The Android application is used to process the interventions assigned to the technician: Intervention report, Time spent, Customer observations, Name of the signer, Taking a photo, Digital signature. Once the intervention form has been validated, a report can be sent automatically to the client's e-mail as well as to an e-mail address of the company. During the next synchronization, the interventions will be made on PC of the company, and the new interventions recovered on the tablet.
