2024-11-16	tu*****	No doubt that Cabs are neat and clean but never ever rely on GrEl for your airport rides. I booked airport ride through my wife's account and their driver cancelled at the last moment and they were unable to provide any other cab as well. Also when spoke to their customer service they asked to book Uber or Ola. Also the fares are not the same what it used to before 1-2 months. They said that they have fixed price but I can see that they have increased the fare as well.

2024-10-20	Ha*****	I'm loving the fact that the owners of this app are so responsive and take suggestions seriously. Also, unlike other apps, I can make a second booking even after having an active booking. The best thing about the service is that the drivers are definitely screened and the cabs are all electric, very clean and tidy... Kudos...

2024-08-10	Ta*****	My experience with GrEl cab service is great. But there is some problem. And that's with pick up location. Today two times cab drivers faced issues related to pick up location. And I had no option than cancelling it and book another one, but despite that, drivers get wrong location for pick up. It would be great if you can resolve this issue, it must be a technical glitch to the navigation system. Otherwise the cab drives are really great.

2024-07-08	Pr*****	Service is good, No doubt!! But the fares should be competitive🙂. Nowadays I'm experiencing around 20 to 30% hike in fares than other competitors. Even though I am reffering GrEL to many of my friends and enjoying 20% discounted rides.

2024-07-01	Eb*****	Exceptional service. Seamless app interface. Cheaper then ola and uber. Plus you don't have to worry about driver cancelling the ride there's no option for that. I faced so much trouble relying on ola and uber in past. Grel is an absolute game changer. Not going anywhere else whenever I need a cab.

2024-06-16	Su*****	Exceptional Experience. Truly Delighted. All new EV cars and fare is also low as compared to Ola/Uber. You can utilise complete bootspace unlike CNG cars that you get in Ola/Uber. Try once to believe.

2024-05-27	Ju*****	Have booked GrEl now atleast 4 to 6 times in last month or so I'm truly impressed with GrEL app and the service. The best feeling being contributing to the environment by riding in an EV sedan. Another great postive factor is the the ease of mind due to the definite and complete boot space for airport travels. I would suggest to add more EVs with higher no. of seat and boot space capacity to make family transit from home to airport and vice versa completely worry free as next step. Great start
