EVoly was created through the “ESC Ecosystems” project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme with up to EUR 400,000 in European support. It was built by five experienced NGOs working in youth and volunteering across Germany, North Macedonia, Croatia, and Romania — and developed through an open, transparent public tender process.
