Cadence: Family Activity Hub

Your Family's Activity Hub

Soccer is Thursday. Registration closes Friday. The medical form is due at the first practice, and Grandma is doing pickup. Your calendar says when soccer is. Cadence keeps everything that comes with it: the schedule, the registration window, the cost, the forms, the reminders, and who's picking up, all in one calm place. No account needed to start.

ONE HUB FOR EVERY GENERATION
Cadence is built for your whole care circle: your kids' activities, your own commitments, a grandparent's appointments, a caregiver's shifts. Add each activity once (days, times, locations, dates) and Cadence turns the week into a clear daily plan. If the same adult ends up double-booked, Cadence flags the overlap before it becomes a missed pickup.

MADE FOR THE SANDWICH GENERATION
Caring for kids while helping aging parents means two schedules colliding every week. Cadence puts school runs, sports practice, doctor visits, and check-ins on one plan, so you can see the whole week at a glance.

NEVER MISS A REGISTRATION
Every activity can carry its own registration reminder and sign-up link, so spring soccer doesn't fill up while you're busy living the fall one. Keep the forms with the activity too: the waiver, the medical form, the season schedule, attached right where you'll need them.

KNOW WHAT IT ALL COSTS
Track costs per activity and per person, with yearly budgets for one family member or for everyone. See what the season really costs before you commit to the next one.

SHARE WITH ONE OTHER ADULT (OPTIONAL)
Turn on sync to share your plan with one other adult: a co-parent, a grandparent, or a caregiver. Sharing runs through your own Google Drive. They install Cadence and sign in with their own Google account; your changes appear on their device and theirs on yours. An invited adult can view the shared plan without subscribing.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's schedule stays on your device. Cadence runs no servers and never sells your data. Optional sync goes only through your own Google Drive, and you can turn it off anytime.
