I have to log in to my account every time to check my order status while I'm already logged in, using the filter/sort process is a joke as you can't customize for exactly what you're looking for. This app is so not user friendly and it could be so much better. It's just easier to go on the internet and search that way.

2022-09-09	Je*****	App is broken. Attempt to make a payment and every time I choose pay it prompts me to sign in again. Over and over. Chat button doesn't work. No way to update payment method . This also continues to prompt sign in Over and over again even though I'm already signed in.

2022-08-21	Ke*****	I have uninstalled and reinstalled this up 3 times. I've shopped for over 10 years with. When I perform a search it says "can't find anything did you mean "and then it's blank! Doesn't even know search of Invicta! Doesn't open ..today's biggest deals. This is terrible!

I've bought 40+ watches and some jewelry over the past 2 years and never had any issues but now the app is barely functional. Searches just continue to load forever, on the off chance it actually gives results, sort and filter options that used to exist are gone now. SHOP HQ......PLEASE GO BACK TO HOW THINGS USED TO BE OR CORRECT ALL THESE HORRIBLE CHANGES 😞

I've bought 40+ watches and some jewelry over the past 2 years and never had any issues but now the app is barely functional. 2022-05-27	Go*****	I'm a customer of shopHQ and am very fond of their products and always feel good about my purchases. The mobile app leaves much to be desired. The search feature is extremely limited and usually doesn't return results very good at all. I think they're working on making it better but, in the meantime, I'll go back to using the website.

2022-02-15	An*****	Long story short, I fell behind on a couple of watches on the easy pay program. They suspended my ability to place orders. I called and talked to them about paying my balance and reinstating my purchase privileges. I paid the balance, and to this day, they never allowed me to purchase again. I'd ordered close to a hundred watched at this point. When I'd call to get it worked out, NOBODY can help. They send me around in circles, very unprofessional, and no real desire to do what they said they wo

2021-06-08	De*****	The shopping is great. Large variety of options that are reasonably priced. The quality of the items match the price. Sales and Value pay is excellent. Shipping costs are significantly higher than other online shopping sites. My only complaint is the app itself. It's very slow and sometimes I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it just to get online.
