I purchased a shirt. Courier tracking code was sent on mail. After 5 days pickup was cancelled. I mailed about issue, they replied within 48 hrs new tracking will be sent and in next 5 days i will get shirt. When after 48 hr no mail received i cancelled order and asked refund. No reply. After a week yesterday sent reminder email about refund no reply. 2day got mail and whatsapp that shirt will be dispatched. I do not need it. I want refund as i already purchased from mall. Avoid this at all cost.

Worst app ever. This app don't have customor care number. They provide only mail id. So that they can ignore customer complaint. My refund was pending from 30 August 2022. They show nice branded products and deliver something else. Totally waste of money. No customer service. My parcel was picked up from me on 14 September 22 for return but till today i.e. on 6 October 22 product is in transit. No update is given. Don't purchase you will loose money as well as time in following up for service
