Centralized Project Management: Create and manage projects with detailed information, including codes, start and end dates, client information, and location. Keep an organized record of all your active and completed projects.

Service and Deliverable Documentation: Each project is broken down into specific services. Field technicians can document their work by uploading photographic deliverables directly to each service, creating a clear visual record of progress.

Advanced File Organization: For complex projects, users can create custom folders within each service to logically group photographic evidence (e.g., by location, task type, or equipment). Uploading of relevant technical documents such as drawings, KMZ files, or descriptive reports is also possible.

Capture Valid Evidence: Each photograph captured through the app is automatically watermarked with GPS coordinates, address, date, and time. This provides a verifiable and unalterable record of where and when the work was performed.

Team and Role Control: The system features robust permission-based access control. Administrators can manage users, assign technicians to specific projects, and define what actions each role can perform, ensuring that technicians only access information for the projects to which they are assigned.

Status and Audit Tracking: Monitor the status of each service (pending/completed) within a project. The app maintains an audit trail (logs) of critical actions, such as date changes or project creation, for complete traceability.

Report Generation: Once a project is marked as complete, the platform allows you to generate an Excel report with a single click, using all the collected data to streamline administrative and billing processes.
