2026-07-20	Za*****	my mother was looking at the prices and did not accept the subscription. it auto filled and overdrafted her account without her knowledge. the company knowledge the issue but refuses to cancel the box and return the money. Canceled my subscription and will now be telling everyone I know to never place a subscription.

2026-06-23	Mi*****	First week went ok. Their estimates of prep time are utterly inaccurate, but the recipes were good. Week 2 the delivery did not show, they did not contact me, I found out through FedEx. Now I have no food for my family, and my whole week is a disaster which it wouldn't have been if I just did my shopping. I might have been willing to give another chance, but the lack of responsiveness from customer service made it clear that this is not a reliable company, so I will try another service.
