2026-06-23	Mi*****	First week went ok. Their estimates of prep time are utterly inaccurate, but the recipes were good. Week 2 the delivery did not show, they did not contact me, I found out through FedEx. Now I have no food for my family, and my whole week is a disaster which it wouldn't have been if I just did my shopping. I might have been willing to give another chance, but the lack of responsiveness from customer service made it clear that this is not a reliable company, so I will try another service.

2026-05-25	St*****	Been the 3rd time the delivery was put in the wrong place and WITH missing ingredients. When explaining to the customer service, all they can say is, to send in a report. Better off with a different subscription service rather than this sorry excuse!
