When I tried to contact customer support, they read my messages but completely ignored me and stopped replying. What is the job of customer service if you aren't going to help people facing issues? This is my hard-earned money! I do not recommend this app to anyone. Do not download it—it is very fake. always they said contact them verse email but I have sent email and they are not replying it

2026-07-29	Im*****	Basically a useless app because it won't let you verify your identity, and you really can't do anything when you're not verified; you can't even deposit I've been trying to get verified now for days with both a digital and physical ID Card and honestly, nothing works on there They won't allow you get a pin to log in, but will ask for it apparently; so you always have to try to retrieve your password and log in with your Gmail and password instead...every time
