This company is a heartless monster who hates their employees almost as much as they hate their tenants. They regularly refuse to perform major repairs and maintenance on occupied homes until the damage is so bad that tenant health and safety is compromised. When eventually forced to effect repairs by city and municipal mandate, they send individual workers to perform tasks which requires 4 or more workers to complete correctly and safely. Do not work for them, they are the absolute worst.
