I canceled my membership before the renewal period and they waited until after they charged me for the next month to reach out and tell me there were 3 more steps to cancel my membership. This company has poor customer service and is an absolute scam. Not to mention the dances suck which is why I canceled in the first place.

I explained my situation and financial strain, yet instead of simply resolving the issue, I was sent in circles. This completely destroyed my trust in Everdance. I would not recommend this app and strongly suggest reading the subscription terms carefully before giving them your payment information.
