Event Master: DJ ואירועים

Less mess. More music.

Event Master is a management system for DJs and event businesses: weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, henna and social events. Everything that was scattered between WhatsApp, Excel and notes goes to one place, and you get back to doing what you love.

Couple questionnaire, without chasing them
Send the couple a personal link. They fill it out from their phone, in their own time, without downloading anything and without registering. When they finish, you get a notification.

A music program built from the answers
With one click, the couple's answers are in order for the evening: entrances, chuppah, mandatory songs and what not to play. Change what you want, print or save as PDF.

One calendar for all events
All events of the month, colored by event type, with the Hebrew date and holidays. Type in a date and immediately see if you are available, and which of the team is available. Events also go into Apple, Google or Outlook calendars and are updated on their own.

Team and DJs
Invite people to the team, determine what everyone sees and assign DJs to events. The DJ receives a notification and confirms from the phone. Days off, salary for each event and tracking what has been paid.

Event status for the evening itself
One screen for the evening: hours, location with Waze, contacts with dialing and WhatsApp, the program and what not to play. The screen stays on all evening.

Equipment and inventory
Cables, adapters, amplification, lighting and stands, registered in their bags and cases. Know what is there and where it is.

Tasks and reminders
Tasks with day, time and people, and reminders before each event: by notification, by bell and by email.

Price quotes, income and expenses
Price quotes with ready-made packages. For each event, you see the price and what has already been received. Expenses are saved with a photocopy of the receipt, and at the end of the year a neat file is sent to the accountant. The system does not generate invoices or receipts.
