Several also can’t view prize information or feel they’re not receiving wins, and some experience device compatibility or connectivity problems. Fixing stability, prize visibility and reliability would greatly improve the experience.

Unable to make hourly entries even when sitting at an arrow machine. Wifi, cell signal, kiosk...issues with log ins across the board. When log in does work, the timer often displays try again in 59:59 even hours after a previous log in. Definitely some issues with the app. If it worked as intended it may be worth while.
