Eventilla Parking

Eventilla Parking is an app for event staff to manage entry to parking areas. Staff scan attendees' QR codes at the gate and track how full each area is in real time.

Features:

• QR code scanning with the device camera. The app admits a vehicle when the attendee has access to the selected parking area, and rejects others with a clear on-screen message.
• Per-area capacity tracking: the app shows how many spaces are in use against the area's capacity. It warns when an area is nearly full and blocks entry once it is full. Areas with no capacity limit are not gated.
• Offline use: scans are stored on the device and synced to the server once the connection returns, so staff can keep working in areas with poor coverage.
• Multiple parking areas per event.
• User interface in Finnish and English.

This app is intended for Eventilla event organisers and staff. Signing in requires Eventilla credentials.
