Confluence by CahillNXT

Confluence is CahillNXT's annual full-day conference, bringing together practitioners and technologists for a day of rigorous dialogue at the intersections reshaping finance, law, and technology. Use this app to navigate the conference agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and access session materials throughout the day.

About Confluence: Digital assets and frontier technologies continue to move beyond experimentation, as regulatory frameworks crystallize and legal questions once viewed as theoretical carry real consequences.

Each year, Confluence brings together leading practitioners to examine how emerging technologies, market structures, and regulatory developments are reshaping how capital is raised, deployed, and regulated. The conversations focus on the convergence of these systems and their implications for market participants in the years ahead.

Presented by CahillNXT: CahillNXT helps clients resolve their most challenging legal and business problems relating to digital assets and frontier technologies. Building on Cahill's long track record guiding financial institutions through changes in capital markets structure and regulation, CahillNXT advises on transactions ranging from startup formation and venture fundraising to mergers, acquisitions, and DAO governance structuring, as well as regulatory enforcement matters, internal investigations, and civil litigation relating to cryptocurrency and frontier technologies.
