Event Four You Scanner

Event Four You Scanner is the access control tool for organizers' staff using Event Four You.

At the entrance, scan the guest's QR code and instantly know if the pass is valid: a large, color result, audio confirmation, and vibration, without having to look at the screen in a dark, noisy room.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Validate entry lists, tables, and passes by scanning the QR code
• Enter the code manually if the QR code is damaged or the screen is off
• Search for a guest by name or phone number and record their entry
• See in real time how many people have entered
• View the history of your scans, including rejected ones
• Track the evening's progress with statistics and time slots

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A CONNECTION
If there's a network outage, scans aren't lost: they remain on the phone and synchronize as soon as the signal returns. The operator always sees which entries are confirmed and which are still pending.

DESIGNED FOR THE EVENING
Each QR code can only be validated once: the second scan is rejected, even if two different operators scan it. Events are divided into ongoing and past ones, so you'll immediately find the right event at the door.

RESTRICTED ACCESS
Credentials are provided by the organizer; no accounts are created through the app. Each operator only sees the events assigned to them.
