The group/club votes on every detail of the event, and the app displays: date and time, activity (the type of event, as the group or club registers it), destination, meeting point and gathering point (each with its own voteable date/time), menu, and even the route, with GPX export to GPS. The admin chooses what remains open for voting and what they decide directly, with a tie-breaking vote. Tap "how many voted" and see who voted for what.

Calendar with all the group/club's events, RSVP confirmation by member, control over who is staff for that specific event (being able to leave the role whenever they want, without bureaucracy), and automatic cost sharing among confirmed participants — no spreadsheet, no "I'll calculate it later".

It's not a simple message chat — it's a complete messaging system, with the same level of features as WhatsApp, but 100% dedicated to your group/club and without needing to open another app. Chat directly or in groups, with a sent/read tick on each message. The main group and the staff group for each event are automatically created with a welcome message. Favorite important conversations, mute or block anyone you want, mark everything as read at once, edit or delete what you wrote (while the other person hasn't read it yet), and, as an admin, lock or suspend a group when you need everyone's attention.
