EventLedger

EventLedger is a lightweight offline-first Android app built for event management agencies. It lets you create and manage events, assign staff with job roles and payment rates (hourly or fixed), and automatically calculates total staff costs and agency profit per event. You can record income for each event by payment mode (Cash, Bank, or Other), track payment status for every staff member (Paid, Pending, or Partial), and view clean event-wise and staff-wise reports — all without needing an internet connection. Designed for small to mid-sized event agencies managing waiters, security, technicians, and coordinators across weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
