EvenSides: Fair Pickup Teams

EvenSides (Even Sides) is a fair team generator and team picker for pickup soccer. Organizers of pickup and drop-in games use it to take RSVPs, keep a roster and waitlist, and split every game into balanced teams from each player's skill rating. You run the game. EvenSides does the admin.

Use it for a weekly pickup game, futsal, indoor and outdoor soccer, rec soccer, or an adult soccer league with a regular roster.

AUTO TEAM BALANCING
Every player has a skill rating that updates after every game. When RSVPs close, EvenSides builds fair teams from those ratings, positions and keepers, so games stay close from the first whistle. Two teams or up to six, your choice.

RSVPS, ROSTER AND WAITLIST IN ONE PLACE
Players answer in or out with one tap and see who else is coming. Set a player limit and the waitlist fills itself: when someone drops out, the next player moves up and is told. Your roster, skill tiers and attendance live in the same place.

RESULTS, MVPS AND RATING HISTORY
Record the score after the game and ratings update on their own. Players rate teammates and vote for an MVP, skill tiers from Bronze to Master show who is trending up, and you can see each player's rating history.

WEEKLY GAMES, REMINDERS AND CALENDAR SYNC
Set up a weekly game once. Reminders go only to players who have not answered yet, games sync to each player's calendar, and email or an optional Telegram bot keeps everyone in the loop, including weather updates and cancellations.

MORE TOOLS FOR ORGANIZERS
A per-group waiver players accept before they play. No-show and late cancellation tracking with a cutoff you choose. Conduct tools to warn or suspend. Teammate preferences, when your group wants them.

SAFE BY DESIGN
Every group has its own members and settings. Players can report a problem to their organizer from inside the app, and EvenSides support handles safety reports.
