Ice Top Fishing

Ice Top Fishing is a calm, atmospheric hidden-object game built around observation, focus, and a sense of quiet height above a sleeping city.

The game takes place on the rooftops of a large city in the evening. Chimneys, antennas, tiled roofs, and warm glowing windows create a peaceful background filled with stillness and soft light. Against this backdrop, a friendly chicken welcomes the player and invites them to look closely — other chickens and little chicks are hiding among the rooftops, carefully blending into the environment.

The core experience of Ice Top Fishing is based on a single, static, highly detailed illustration. Hidden objects appear in random positions and visually merge with the background. The player’s task is simple and focused: find all the chickens and chicks as quickly as possible using careful observation rather than speed-based mechanics.

A full session consists of three consecutive rounds. Each round presents a new background image and a new random placement of eight hidden objects. Backgrounds and objects are reused in random combinations, ensuring variety while preserving a consistent visual mood. After completing one round, the next begins automatically without interruption.

Once all three rounds are finished, the total completion time is calculated and displayed. This time is saved in the records only if the game session is completed or ends in a clear outcome. If the session is interrupted, paused, minimized, or exited to the main menu, the result is not recorded.

During app minimization or switching to another application, the game automatically enters pause mode and shows a pause screen. To continue playing, the player must close the pause window after returning.

Ice Top Fishing is designed as a quiet visual experience — a moment of calm attention, gentle tension, and peaceful solitude above the city.
