Very easy-to-use app with reliable, quick charging sessions.
Large network of chargers; stations are clean and easy to use.
Budget-friendly pricing with occasional free overnight charging.
Fast connection and overall solid performance.

단점

Billing and charges problems: hidden or high charges, holds (e.g., $25), idle/session fees, and refund disputes.
Charger reliability issues: many chargers are unreliable or do not deliver power.
App usability issues: confusing UI, difficulty finding Start Charging, and problems changing email.
Payment processing frustrations and delays linked to holds/fees.

So far I like these the best. Could use a lower deposit fee like evgo but otherwise they are to in my list of pieces to go.

Update: App continues to offer only one Connector at charging stations that have two connectors. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not remedy the bug.
