2024-07-23	Mi*****	The few times I was able to use this app it worked great. A nice alternative to the more corporate ride sharing companies. However, almost every other time I just get an error message saying that there is no network or the login page just stays on the screen. Totally unreliable and if it is your only option you will end up getting stuck without a ride, so I've now given up.

2024-06-09	Fa*****	Never managed to login. The application is not working. I waited many days before trying again. I had to uninstall since it was not working. Sad as I wanted to participate into a local company.

2023-11-19	Ro*****	Both my girlfriend and I tried using the app today, but despite putting our respective credit card information in, the app kept telling both of us that our payments failed each time we tried to book a ride. It's a shame because they were offering much better prices than Uber.

2023-04-08	St*****	Not great. They forgot to send a driver to pick up my food and the delivery info doesn't update properly in real time ither. The delivery fee was really high as well, near 9$, doesn't really compete with uber eats if it barely works.

2022-10-17	Ma*****	At first I loved the app but for some time the wait times are completely ridiculous compared with other ride sharing apps. I also often have to cancel the rides as the drivers seem to be running other errands when it the app says the driver is on his way - erratic routes, weird detours, etc. I don't know if it's the GPS or the drivers but it makes for waiting times of over 40 minutes when Uber gets there in less than 10, same for the taxi

2022-09-02	H *****	Beware, they charge before the trips. I requested 2 trips and cancelled both because it took to long to book a car. I tried to call their CS to get a refund but they never answer. Edited: I got my refund.

The driver's location isn't updated in realtime like it should be; one has to restart the app continually after ordering a drive in order to update the driver's position on the map. Also, it seems like the app isn't updated as frequently as it should be. Sadly, I much prefer the experience of ordering with and using Uber. Eva will need much further improvement before the app can truly compete with Uber.

2022-03-03	Ra*****	It's nice to have an alternative to Uber (similar prices/wait times in most cases) but the tech/interface is weak (you can't add a stop for example and the waiting times/taxi location is unclear), plus customer service is really bad on the phone

2021-09-26	Ar*****	The signup process is nonsense. In theory it sounds great, being a co-op and all that. However, the genius who designed the onboarding must be having other ideas. I don't see why the app needs access to my phone, and they make no attempt at explaining why. The app will not start without those permissions, and looks like I won't as well.
