euShipments Romania

If your stock sits in a euShipments warehouse, this app is your live window into it. See what shipped today, what is stuck and which products are about to run out, all from your pocket.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see exactly what needs you:
• Orders that need a fix, and orders with a wrong address
• See what is in pending, packing, packed, label ready and fulfilled today
• Parcels in transit and delivered today
• Your pending cash-on-delivery balance, per currency
• The products closest to running out
When nothing needs you, the app tells you that too.

ORDERS
• Search by customer name or tracking number
• Filter by status, tracking status, payment method, payment status, invoice, currency, order total, SKU and date ranges
• Open any order for the full picture and get all the details you need
• Call or email the customer, copy the address, or open it in Maps in one tap
• Follow the full carrier tracking timeline and jump to the carrier's own tracking page when you want

FIXING POST CODES
Bad postal codes are the number one reason parcels never leave the building. Swipe through every blocked order with the help of AI. Call the customer or open the address in Maps without leaving the screen.

CASH ON DELIVERY
• Your pending COD balance, per currency, and how many orders it came from
• Get every COD report: pending, on hold, processed, compensated or canceled
• Converted amounts in your billing currency
• Find the report that contains the specific tracking number you are searching for

STOCK AND INBOUNDS
• Available, reserved, on order and total stock for every product
• A dedicated low-stock view using your own threshold
• Product details: codes, external SKU, barcode, weight, dimensions, item group, store channel
• Announce inbound deliveries to the warehouse: supplier, carrier, expected date, package count and notes
• Track confirmed against expected quantities per line, including lot numbers

ALERTS
• Push notifications for what matters: low stock, wrong address, returning orders, failed invoices and end-of-day summaries
