eConnect App

The intuitive eConnect application provides live status and location information from the truck. Independent of any telematics system, transport service providers and sub-contractors can integrate their vehicles into the open eConnect platform and provide real-time status and location information to purchasers and recipients.

Requirements:
- Android tablet or smartphone
- Internet connection
- GPS settings enabled

Features:
- Live transmission of positions and status messages from the vehicle to the Eurotracs eConnect platform
- Status messages: arrival, start of loading, end of loading, departure, start of unloading, end of unloading
- Read and send messages from and to headquarters
- View and send attachments such as images or PDFs
- Order processing
- An order is created on the eConnect platform and given a five-digit order number. This tour is communicated to the driver or dispatcher via SMS or email.
- The driver logs in to the eConnect app on his terminal with access to the order (five-digit order number and PIN).
- ETA (estimated time of arrival) can be entered manually.
- Position reports are automatically sent online at defined intervals and displayed on the eConnect platform.
- All participants in the supply chain receive real-time status messages and position data on the eConnect platform, keeping them informed throughout the supply chain.
