Getting a vehicle damage estimate should not mean endless calls, paperwork, or back-and-forth.

The European Collision Center app gives invited customers a simple way to submit vehicle details, upload damage photos, and follow their estimate request from submission to completion.

With the app, you can:

Scan the vehicle barcode or enter the VIN manually to retrieve vehicle details
Upload clear damage photos using guided photo categories
Add damage areas, preferred shop location, vehicle condition, and additional notes
Save an incomplete request as a draft and finish it later
Track the status of submitted estimate requests
Receive updates as your request moves through the review process
View and download estimate documents directly from the app

Your requests, photos, updates, and estimate documents stay together in one place, so you always know what is happening next.

European Collision Center is an invite-only app. Customer accounts are created by the European Collision Center team, and invited users receive an email link to complete their account setup.
